Papers from our store can be emailed to you within 30 minutes if you select the RUSH option.

What format will the paper come in?
Papers are emailed to you in Microsoft Word format. If you do not have Microsoft Word, you can download a FREE Microsoft Word viewer here.

How often do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to those you have joined our discount club about 3-4 times a year.

Is it legal to purchase a paper?
Yes! Purchasing a paper from our store is legal. Our papers are sold as models and intended to help you in writing your own. Buying a paper from us and turning it in as your own is not okay.

Are the papers you sell plagiarism free?
Yes! Every paper in our store has been scanned for plagiarism by our software and is guaranteed to be 100% plagiarism free.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the paper you purchase from us does not match the description that it is being sold as, we will revise it at NO CHARGE. We stand behind our papers and service. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, please contact us as we value your feedback and are always looking to improve!

Is my information kept private?
All information we gather at checkout is kept completely confidential. We do not release, sell or rent any information that we store in our database. We do not care who it is, no one receives any client information from us EVER!

Is there a membership fee or long-term billing contract?
No! The one thing we hate more than anything is being billed over and over again for something we don't use. So, we don't do it to you. You only pay for the paper you purchase one time and will not be billed again for anything.

What is your customer support response time?
You can reach us via telephone 7am-6pm PST seven days a week. After hours we are available via email at all times. We are much more than a website. We have a office staff of 3 and 25+ high skilled writers working behind the scenes to make sure if there is an issue with your order it will be resolved quickly. What is the quality of your papers?
Every paper we have available to you has been written by one of our staff writers and has been reviewed by one of our internal editors to ensure it adheres to the highest level of quality. The quality of our papers we have is of paramount importance to us. We would rather serve one client one hundred times than a hundred clients one time. You'll see the difference!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We also love getting feedback, so from time to time if we receive some great feedback from a vistor we will send them any paper of their choice just for letting us know what they think!

What is the difference between an original paper and one you have for sale already?
Original papers are written to your exact specifications, style, format/etc. You state the number of sources, how many pages and exactly what you want the writer to write about. From there we create an original paper specifically for you from scratch. Papers we have available in our store have been written in the past for a client and are made available to buy approx. 13 months after they were written.
